Why do I have to pay a sitting fee?

Answer:
The sitting fee helps cover the costs associated with providing your photography experience. This includes items such as tuxedo rentals (when applicable), software setup for online galleries and package ordering, hired staff, equipment, and other expenses required to provide professional photography services.

When will I receive my photos?

Answer:
Your photo gallery will be available for viewing and ordering within 30 days of Picture Day. Please make sure we have the correct parent or guardian email address and mobile phone number so we can notify you when your gallery is ready.

Can I screenshot my photos and share them on social media?

Answer:
Please do not screenshot our photographs. Screenshots are prohibited because they are copyrighted images and do not reflect the quality of the final product.

If you’d like to share your child’s portrait with family and friends online, we recommend purchasing a digital image, which is perfect for social media sharing.

How will the studio know which photo I want in the yearbook?

Answer:
After your gallery is released, you’ll be able to select your preferred yearbook image. To make sure we receive your selection, please provide a valid email address and phone number so you receive our notifications and instructions.

What if I can’t access my photos?

Answer:
If you’re having trouble accessing your gallery, please email us at info@omsstudios.org. Our team will be happy to help you locate your photos and resolve any access issues.

If I have blemishes on my skin, can they be removed?

Answer:
Yes. Our editing team can remove blemishes and perform additional retouching for an additional retouching fee.

What if I don’t like the photo that was taken?

Answer:
We strive to make sure every student loves their portrait. Whenever possible, we’ll show you a preview of your photo on the camera before moving on. If you don’t like the preview, we’ll gladly retake it while we’re still at the school.

If you request a retake on a different day after Picture Day, an additional sitting fee will apply.

If I purchase the digital images, do I receive a print release?

Answer:
Yes. Purchasing the digital images includes a personal print release, allowing you to print your photos for personal use.

Can I mix and match poses within a print package?

Answer:
Yes.

  • Formal Portrait Packages: You may mix and match formal poses.

  • Freestyle Portrait Packages: You may mix and match freestyle poses.

However, formal and freestyle images cannot be mixed within the same package, as they are sold as separate collections.
